Mike oversees the development of the Progressive portfolio and heads up client contact. He has been awarded 3 DTI innovation awards and holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology from The University of Birmingham. Mike has generated over £1m in research income in the last 5 years and has authored over 50 peer reviewed papers.

Ross is responsible for Progressives new product development program.  Inventor of the original DECK product concept, Ross has gone on to develop Progressives patent portfolio to over a dozen technologies. He is currently writing up his PhD in ideation methodologies within the Sports Technology Research programme at Loughborough University.

Jeff is responsible for all commercialisation activities within Progressive. He brings 20 years' commercial experience of the fitness industry, half of which he spent as founding (Sales) Director of Technogym UK Ltd. He is also a Physical Education and Sports Science graduate of Loughborough University.

Tom oversees the running of Progressive projects and supervises the consultancy contracts for external clients including major global sports brands and third party inventors. He holds a BEng in Product Design and a PhD in Sports Technology from Loughborough University.

Phil is currently completing a Playdale Playgrounds supported Sports Technology PhD in children’s fitness and play at Loughborough University. He holds an MSc in Engineering Design from Loughborough and a BSc in Computer Aided Product Design from the University of Wolverhampton.

Dan is currently completing a New Balance supported Sports Technology and Rapid Manufacturing PhD in performance footwear at Loughborough University. He holds a BEng in Product Design from Loughborough University and has previously worked in the design team at Gillette.

Bryan is currently completing a Canterbury of NZ supported Sports Technology PhD in rugby apparel development at Loughborough University. He holds a MEng in Product Design Engineering from the University of Glasgow and Glasgow School of Art. He also held the position of Glasgow Athletic Union President and overall Scottish Universities Sports representative for BUSA.

Joe is Progressive’s in-house Sports Technologist and has worked on several concept developments as well as regularly completing physiological evaluation tests for our consultancy clients. He holds a BSc in Sports Technology from Loughborough University and is also a keen surfer.

Rob is Progressive’s in-house Industrial Designer and has been largely responsible for the development of our ‘look’. He focuses on graphic design, CAD model generation and presentation material for client interfacing. He holds a B.A in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University.

Ash is Progressive's in-house Sports Scientist. He has a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences as well as an MSc in Exercise Physiology, both of which were completed at Loughborough University. His role at Progressive includes the physiological analysis and evaluation of sports equipment and apparel.
